Making the student dashboard actionable

Abstract

The project goal was to redesign the dashboard to make it more informative and engaging for our users. We realized that the current dashboard resembled a profile page, which did not provide much value or insight. As the sole designer, I conducted user research to identify the unmet needs and expectations of our students regarding the dashboard. Based on findings, I proposed a new dashboard that offers relevant and actionable information to help our students achieve their goals.
